The passenger ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and you. Schedules and seat assignments are subject to change without notice. Best Travel Store is not responsible for delays, non-operation of flights, misconnections, schedule or equipment changes for any reason, or any resulting loss of seat assignments. Best Travel Store is not responsible for boarding denial as a result of late check-in, lack of correct and valid entry documents or identification or any other reason. Any resulting delay or expenses will be your sole responsibility.
Air transportation costs are subject to change without prior notice anytime during the booking request and purchase process. Air transportation costs are not guaranteed until the airfare has been paid in full to and ticketed by Best Travel Store. You are entitled to cancel your booking without any cancellation fees and receive a full refund of all monies paid in case of a fare increase that would precede your final payment and/or ticketing.
VERIFYING YOUR FLIGHT TIMES
Airlines may change flight schedules without prior notice, particularly during the high season when flights are overbooked, or when strikes or natural disasters cause delays on a larger scale. You should ALWAYS VERIFY YOUR DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME WITH THE AIRLINE at least 72 hrs before departure. If you are unable to reach the airline by phone you should at least obtain the latest flight information directly from the airline's official web site. Please note that Best Travel Store, Inc. only provides you with the tickets, and it is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to verify and fulfill all travel requirements.
ONE-WAY AIRLINE TICKETS
Strict entry rules apply to most countries if you are a foreign national entering with a one-way ticket. You may be forbidden entry without a special visa. It is recommended that you use a round trip ticket whenever possible.
Check with the destination country’s consulate if you are unsure about visa requirements.

ROUND TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS
Round trip airline tickets must be used in both directions. Canceling or not using the outbound (first) portion of a round trip itinerary will automatically invalidate the entire ticket, and it will have no further value. |

Once received, your reservation will be processed promptly by our friendly staff. We will usually send you a reservation confirmation within the next few business hours. Air reservations have blocked seats automatically at the time of your booking, but they must go through a short fare verification process. In case of credit card payments, all verified air reservations are ticketed on the same business day, if submitted by 5 pm PST, and electronic tickets are sent via e-mail automatically every evening.
Please note that we hold air reservations for up to 24 hrs without receiving your direct deposit or wire transfer payment. After this time, such reservations are automatically deleted and subsequent reservations for the same destination and dates may be considered as double bookings by the applicable airline, and they should be avoided.
In case we are unable to verify the purchased airfare or in case of technical difficulties with your reservation, we will try to offer you a comparable alternative. You will not be obligated to purchase the alternative itinerary offered, and you will not be charged any fees. |

Prices advertised on Best Travel Store, Inc. website are in US dollars based on tariff and exchange rates in effect at the time of booking. Prices are subject to restrictions and change without notice unless guaranteed by receipt of your payment in full. This guarantee does not apply to any taxes, charges, or levies imposed by any airport, government or their agencies. Air transportation* is also exempt from this guarantee as airfares may be increased at any time. In case of an increase, an additional collection will be made to reflect the new rates in effect on the date of travel.

Airline tickets will be sent via e-mail (e-tickets) or courier service (paper tickets) no later than 48 business hrs from purchase. E-tickets are delivered automatically via e-mail every evening during our business days. E-tickets may be e-mailed to you within two business hours from purchase, if urgently required (for special requests please contact our customer service via telephone).
Documents will be mailed no later than 14 days prior to your departure. Documents cannot be released until full payment has been received. Documents delayed due to late payment may require overnight shipment that will be billed to recipient.

Cancellation notices must be made in writing to Best Travel Store, Inc. Once your request has been booked and confirmed cancellation fees specific to each itinerary apply. These fees are displayed as an integral part of each purchased itinerary. Please contact our customer service if you are either unable to locate the fees or do not understand them.
Refunds: please read each itinerary carefully for those items included in the price. If you fail to utilize a trip/service or join it after its departure or leave it prior to its completion, there will be no refund for any unused or partially unused features or services, including meals, accommodations, excursions, etc. that you elect not to take. Refunds of unused air transportation are subject to carrier(s)’ tariff rules, many of which do not allow refunds.
Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any trip/vacation insurance policy that you hold, the insurance company may subject to the terms of your insurance policy, and refund any such charges to you.

If you wish to change to an alternative departure/return date or you wish to purchase a different Best Travel Store, Inc. product/service after your booking has been confirmed, you may do so subject to availability. Any changes and revisions after your booking request has been confirmed will be charged $25 per adult plus any additional cost of the new product/service. Changes and revisions made 30 days or less prior to departure or after the documents have been issued will be subject to a $50 fee per adult plus all fees and additional cost imposed by suppliers.

In some instances Best Travel Store and/or local supplier representatives may have to make decisions in the interest of your safety and well-being. You agree to comply with the authority and decisions of the appointed representative and the laws of the country in which you are traveling. If you fail to comply or if, in the Best Travel Store, Inc. and/or local supplier representative’s opinion, you are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of other members on the trip/tour or smooth operation of the tour itself, Best Travel Store, Inc. and/or local supplier reserves the right to refuse to let you continue with the trip. In such event, you will be responsible for your own repatriation and related costs and have no claims against Best Travel Store, Inc. and/or its local supplier.
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and all visas, permits, and certificates required for your selected destination as well as any necessary vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.
Should you have a complaint regarding any provided product/service, you should immediately inform the Best Travel Store, Inc. and/or local supplier representative. If the matter cannot be resolved on the spot, your complaint/refund request must be received in writing within 40 days of the trip’s termination. Best Travel Store will not consider any complaints made after the 40-day period. |

These parties are independent suppliers over whom Best Travel Store has no direct control. Best Travel Store is responsible to you for properly arranging and coordinating the travel services you purchase only. In arranging and coordinating travel services on behalf of the purchasing party, Best Travel Store is acting solely as an agent for the suppliers, and is not itself acting as a supplier. Best Travel Store shall have no liability of any kind for alterations or substitutions, which may be made by Suppliers independent of Best Travel Store., Inc.
Best Travel Store, Inc. is not responsible for and accepts no liability for, nor any obligation for refund or adjustment in respect of any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
a. personal injury, sickness, disease, accident, or death, however caused, including without limitation, where same results from your conduct while traveling;
b. loss or damage to or delay of baggage or other property;
c. delays, loss, change or cancellation due to government action, mechanical breakdown, equipment failure, closure of airports or ports, labor disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, adverse weather conditions , acts of war, political unrest, riots, terrorist activity, or any other causes beyond Best Travel Store’s, Inc. direct control;
d. acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of suppliers of services or their personnel (including, without limitation, transportation and accommodation services) or of any other person or body unless such a person or body is employed by Best Travel Store, Inc., or is an agent of Best Travel Store, Inc., and is acting within the scope of his or her authority. In no event is Best Travel Store, Inc. liable for the acts or omissions of independent, third-party contractors or of its own employees or agents acting outside the scope of their duties;
e. loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any of the following:
i. any matter or topic described in sub-paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive above;
ii. your failure to obtain the necessary documentation to travel;
iii. your failure to arrive on time for initial departure or for connections within the tour or to stay within or join your tour at any time after initial departure;
iv. your interrupting the trip or leaving the tour prior to its completion;
v. the need for Best Travel Store, Inc. to change itineraries or substitute accommodation or services, provided that Best Travel Store, Inc. makes every effort to supply the most comparable services and accommodations available;
vi. cancellation of travel products/services by Best Travel Store, Inc. provided that a full refund of all monies paid is made to you.
vii. some of Best Travel Store’s Inc. activities may be action- and adventure-orientated. Sports and similar activities inherently involve risks of injury greater than those that would be encountered if you were not participating in such, and therefore, by voluntarily taking part in any sports or other such activities, you thereby acknowledge and assume any of the risks inherent therein. In the absence of negligence on Best Travel Store's Inc. part, or on the part of Best Travel Store's Inc.agents and representatives, neither Best Travel Store, Inc., nor they, accept any responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, delay or any other irregularity resulting from your participation in any of the activities made available to you.

Our travel agents must verify all reservations before your travel documents are issued. This generally takes about one business hour. Once your booking is confirmed, its status will change from Waiting for Confirmation to Confirmed.
PAYING THE BALANCE - Final payment is due at the time of confirmation of your reservation. Reservations will be cancelled without notice if your payment or deposit is not received when due. Late payments may result in cancellation of your vacation or may delay receipt of your travel documents. Tickets and other documents won’t be forwarded until Best Travel Store, Inc. has received your full payment.
